Independent Curated Salons
XBStrategist convenes a limited number of invitation-only salons during key moments in the awards season and at major European festivals.
These gatherings are deliberately small, discreet, and non-promotional—designed to support candid, high-level exchange among senior professionals across disciplines and borders.
XBStrategist operates independently and is not affiliated with any association, guild, or voting body. While participants may include members of professional organizations or awards academies, attendance is by personal invitation and does not represent any institution.
From time to time, individual salons are presented in collaboration with select cultural or industry partners.

Who the Salons Are For
Salons bring together respected professionals such as:
• Producers and filmmakers
• Academy and guild members
• International casting directors
• Senior creatives across multiple disciplines
Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve candor, trust, and meaningful exchange.
How Campaign Partners Participate
Studio or campaign partners participate as supporters of the conversation, not as controllers of content or guest lists.
The value lies in cultural credibility, thoughtful engagement, and qualitative signal, rather than reach, metrics, or transactional outcomes.
Each salon supports one primary campaign partner.
Select partnerships and institutional collaborations are developed in alignment with each salon’s focus.
Engagement Framework
Included:
• Concept development and framing
• Guest curation and moderation
• Light production coordination
• Post-salon qualitative synthesis, including:
– Key themes that resonated
– Notable points of engagement or surprise
– Observations on cultural and professional reception
Not included:
• Guest lists or attendee contact information
• Follow-up outreach to participants
• Voting predictions or guarantees
• Press coverage or media placement
• Quantitative metrics or conversion tracking
Confidentiality & Ethics
To preserve trust and candid participation:
• Guest lists remain confidential
• Attendance is not disclosed
• Voting behavior is neither tracked nor implied
• Salons are framed as cultural dialogue, not advocacy
This approach aligns with established norms for private awards-season conversations and supports long-term credibility with participants and partners alike.
For hosting, partnership, or participation:
Independent Curated Salons are privately organized cultural conversations. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any studio, guild, academy, festival, or awards body.
